Television Coverage Confirmed!

After months of planning work, DGB Media is proud to announce that its Motorsport TV show, Blend Line TV, will be airing on TVS in Sydney.  Currently scheduled for 14 episodes, season one will begin airing at 8:30pm on Tuesday the 24th of September. The Tuesday night time slot will form the basis of regular programming of Blend Line TV on TVS, with each show being repeated on Saturday’s at 3pm and Sunday’s at 10:30am.

“It has always been a major goal and focus of the business strategy for DGB Media to take state level motorsport to the wider public. This deal with TVS is a massive step for the company and to now have our motorsport products seen in Sydney and Melbourne in prime time free-to-air television slots is something we are really proud of,” affirms DGB Media Director Daniel Beckinsale.

For the first season of Blend Line TV, viewers will be treated to action from three NSW state series championships, Production Touring Cars, NSW Sports Sedans and NSW HQ Holdens. Episodes includes the full six round season of Production Touring Cars, four rounds (as well as a Bathurst Special) of the NSW Sports Sedans and the final three rounds of the NSW HQ Holden season.

“We are thrilled that our racing will be seen on television in Sydney. The Production Touring Car category is committed to bringing its drivers the best exposure it can, and in conjunction with DGB Media and Blend Line TV we are able to provide that. The racing is top class from our drivers, and we can’t wait for it to be seen by a wider audience,” said Production Touring Car category President, Gerry Murphy.

“The future is looking bright for Blend Line TV and state Motorsport. We already have a second season of the show planned, with Production Touring Cars and HQ Holdens set to join us next year. At this stage, with the level of interest from other state series, it may be possible that we run a weekly Blend Line TV program for the full season of racing in 2014,” says Daniel.

The full schedule of programming will be announced in the coming weeks. So make sure you follow DGB Media on Facebook HERE to keep up to date with everything that is happening for Blend Line TV.
