It’s been a long off season away from the track for the team at DGB Media. We’ve spent a lot of time preparing for season 2014 and making the second year of Blend Line TV even better than our first. Now, after intensive planning, we can announce a huge lineup of racing will be hitting your screens this season.
Our NSW lineup of racing coverage includes the Shaw Vineyard Estate NSW Production Touring Cars, Kumho Tyres NSW Sports Sedans, Osborne’s Transport NSW HQ Holden, and Nulon NSW Improved Production Championships. While every round for each category will see a dedicated 30min show for their racing, the Production Touring Cars will see one special 50 minute episode this year. That show will be produced for their blue ribbon event, the hour endurance race at Bathurst as part of the Bathurst Motor Festival across April 18-20.
For 2014 our expansion outside of NSW also continues, with the DGB Media crew set to make the trip down south into Victoria multiple times during the year. Both the Penrite Oils Victorian Sports Sedans and Save on Finance Victorian HQ Holden Championships will be part of the season two program schedule. Each category will have three rounds of their respective series broadcast across the Blend Line TV season.
2014 by the numbers:
– 2 states (NSW, Victoria)
– 6 Categories (NSW PTC, Sports Sedans, HQ Holdens, IPRA, VIC Sports Sedans, HQ Holdens)
– 6 Tracks (Bathurst, Sydney Motorsport Park, Wakefield Park, Winton, Sandown, Phillip Island)
– 30+ Episodes
– Over 15 hours of Motorsport Coverage on Free-To-Air Television
In addition to these confirmed series joining Blend Line TV, we are engaged in discussions with further categories and events to be broadcast with us in 2014. We will release details of those agreements as they come to hand. DGB Media is always looking to welcome new series and events to our broadcasting lineup. If you would like to discuss the possibility of being broadcast on Blend Line TV, do not hesitate to get in touch with us via the contact us page or call 0428 976 315.
Television broadcast dates/times and channels will be announced very soon. At this stage we can confirm that Blend Line TV will air on TVS Sydney and C31 Melbourne again in 2014, with more stations set to air the series as part of their scheduling.
